Return & Exchange Policy

Hey there! At Kynarra, we’re a small, family-owned team passionate about crafting high-quality, comfy activewear just for you. Our mission is to make awesome gear while being kind to our planet. That’s why every single item is made-to-order, which significantly cuts down on waste. It’s a win-win! Because your activewear is custom-made, it takes a little longer to get from our hands to yours. This also means our return policy is a bit different, designed to support our sustainable model while making sure you’re thrilled with your purchase 

Damaged or Lost Orders

Your happiness is super important to us. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right!

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re so sorry! We’ll happily replace it for you at no charge. Please contact us at returns@kynara.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Just include your order number and a couple of clear photos of the damage. You won’t need to send the damaged item back to us.

Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier (and you’ve provided the correct address), we’ll promptly re-ship a replacement free of charge. Please reach out to us within 10 business days from the last estimated delivery date if you suspect your package is lost.

“Change of Heart” Returns & Exchanges

Since each piece is custom-made for you, we generally don’t offer refunds for “change of heart” or buyer’s remorse returns. However, we understand that sometimes you might need a different size or prefer another style. 

You can exchange your item for a different size of the same product, or for another item of equal or lesser value (if it’s less, we won’t be able to refund the difference).

To be eligible for a “Change of Heart” Exchange:

  •  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  •  All original tags must still be attached.
  •  The request must be made within 14 days of delivery (based on your tracking information).

Important Notes for “Change of Heart” Returns:

 Customer Covers Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item(s) back to us.

 One Exchange Per Order: We allow one “change of heart” exchange or store credit per original order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges MUST be approved by our customer service team before being shipped. This helps us guide you through the correct process!

Please submit your return or exchange request to us by email returns@kynarra.shop.

Once approved, we’ll send you easy instructions on how to send your item back. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your exchange within 5-7 business days.

We Cannot Accept Returns/Exchanges If:

  •  You’re seeking a refund because you simply “changed your mind” (we offer exchanges, as per our policy above).
  •  You haven’t used our online return form to get your request reviewed and approved by our team first.
  •  Your request is made after 14 days of receiving your package.
  •  The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  •  The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
  •  The item(s) have been altered in any way.

Order Cancellations

Because your activewear is custom-printed almost in real-time right after you place your order, we unfortunately cannot process order cancellations. We start production quickly to get your unique piece to you as fast as possible!

Refused Packages

If you refuse a shipment from Kynarra for any reason, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us. 

Wrong Address 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Product Descriptions & Photos: Please take a moment to review all product descriptions and photos carefully. We do our best to show off our activewear accurately!
